Chaplains offer pastoral and spiritual support and guidance to current and former NSWPF employees and their families during challenging times, significant incidents, and in times of personal need.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

EAP is provided by an external provider with access to skilled clinicians across the state. EAP offers a range of support services for all NSWPF employees and their immediate family members. This support is through free, confidential short-term counselling and/or coaching that can help address issues such as workplace stress, health, financial, caregiver, or other life challenges. EAP includes 6 sessions every 2 years via face to face, telephone, or video link. Crisis counselling is available 24/7. EAP remains available to employees only for up to 5 years post disengagement. Legal Support

Providing personalised cancer support for NSWPF employees and their immediate family. The support has two programs: Cancer Coach and Cancer Caregivers. Cancer Coach is an education, support and behaviour change program designed by oncologists to help people take back control of their cancer care and achieve better outcomes. Cancer Caregivers is designed to equip people with the support, information, and skills to best look after their loved one living with cancer and improve their clinical outcomes.
