The NSW Police Force holds procurement agency accreditation and follows the NSW procurement policies and guidelines.
As a NSW Government Agency, the NSW Police Force follows the Modern Slavery Act 2018 and actively manages its supply chain to ensure all reasonable steps are taken and adequate due diligence procedures in place to ensure that goods and services procured are not the products of modern slavery.
Government Information Public Access (GIPA) Act
In compliance with the Government Information Public Access (GIPA) Act 2009 the NSW Police Force discloses contracts it enters into with a value of over $150,000 (inc. GST).
