OPTUS DATA BREACH

If you have been advised by Optus to replace your drivers licence, you can replace your licence online at the Service NSW website or by visiting your local Service NSW centres. A fee of $29 is payable. Service NSW has confirmed that you do not require a police report number for a licence replacement.

Customers with any other queries about document replacement are encouraged to call the ID Support NSW team on 1800 001 040 from Monday to Friday (9am to 5pm).
