Within the Service Delivery unit are the Customer Relations and Licensing teams. Assistant Director (Service Delivery) Janelle Green heads the unit.
The Customer Relations team is your first point of call when you contact SLED. The team responds to your phone and email enquiries through the contact centre and manages SLED's website content.
When you submit your licence application, it goes to the Licensing team. It processes all your details, verifies your identity and documents and ensures you are eligible to apply for a security licence.
The team then passes on your application to the Adjudication team for the final determination.
