Man dies following truck crash - Wilton

Police are investigating after a man died following a truck crash south-west of Sydney today.

Emergency services were called to the Hume Highway at Wilton, near the Picton off-ramp, following reports of a crash between two trucks just after 6am (Tuesday 17 August 2021).

One of the drivers, a 48-year-old man, died at the scene.

The male driver of the other truck was uninjured and taken to hospital for mandatory testing.

Officers from Camden Police Area Command are investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash.

A report will be prepared for the Coroner.
