Man charged with alleged drug offences under Strike Force Nolba

A man will face court today charged with the multiple drug offences in the state’s west.
About 6am on Wednesday (26 November 2025), officers attached to the Rural Crime Prevention Team, with assistance from Central West Police District, simultaneously executed three search warrants in Musket Parade, Lithgow, Heffernan Place, Lithgow and Fullagar Avenue, Bowelfels.
During a search of the property in Musket Parade, Lithgow, officers seized Dedicated Encrypted Criminal Communication Devices, multiple tablets, hard drives, mobile phones, $2,560 cash, items indicative of drug supply, vials of liquid suspected to be prohibited drugs, glassware consistent with drug manufacture and 14.5 grams of cocaine.
A Mazda BT50 was also seized for forensice examination.
At Fullagar Avenue, Bowenfels, police seized an unregistered air rifle, 56 rounds of .22 calibre ammunition, and items indicative of drug supply.
At Heffernan Place, Lithgow, officers located drug paraphernalia consistent with supply, eight vials of testosterone, 30 unidentified tablets, a vacuum sealer, magnetic stirrer, glassware, filters, and other apparatus consistent with drug manufacture.
The 36-year-old man was arrested at Musket Parade, Lithgow and taken to Lithgow Police Station where he was charged with 24 offences:
- Supply of prohibited drugs on an ongoing basis, (two counts),
- Supply prohibited drug > small & indictable quantity, (nine counts),
- Supply prohibited drug > small quantity (twelve counts), and
- Supply prohibited drug > indictable and commercial quantity (one count).
He was refused bail and appeared before Bail Division Court 4 yesterday (Thursday 27 November 2025), where he was refused bail to appear before Lithgow Local Court on Thursday 4 December 2025..
