Appeal to locate teenage boy missing from Woy Woy

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a teenage boy missing from the state’s Central Coast.
Samuel Cashin, aged 13, was last seen on Norma Close, Woy Woy, about 12pm on Thursday (13 November 2025).
When he could not be located or contacted, officers attached to Brisbane Water Police District were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.
Family and police hold concerns for his welfare given his age.
Samuel is described as being of Aboriginal/ Torres Strait Islander appearance, about 175cm tall, of medium build, with black hair.
He is known to frequent the Woy Woy area and Umina Beach Skate Park.
