Man charged with alleged sexual touching offences - Sydney CBD

A man has been charged with alleged sexual touching offences in Sydney.

About 3am on Saturday 25 October 2025, police attached to Sydney City Police Area Command began an investigation following reports of alleged sexual touching at a hotel in Wheat Road, Sydney.

Following inquiries, about 5.30pm yesterday (Monday 27 October 2025), a 29-year-old man was arrested at a hotel in Wheat Road, Sydney.

He was charged with sexually touch another person without consent and refused bail to appear in Bail Division - Court 7 today, Tuesday 28 October 2025.
