Appeal for information over offences on Sydney's public transport - Police Transport Command

Police are appealing for public assistance as investigations into three unlinked incidents on the rail network of Sydney’s west are underway.
As investigations into the incidents continue, Police Transport Command North West have released CCTV images of persons who might be able to assist with inquiries.
About 11.20pm on Saturday 20 September 2025, emergency services responded to reports of an assault which occurred at the bus stands on the Southern Side of Penrith railway Station.
Officers attached to Nepean Police Area Command responded and were told an unknown female assaulted another female who was seated at the bus stop. No significant injuries were sustained.
She is described as being of Caucasian appearance, between 18 and 25-years-old, with black hair.
She was last seen wearing Jeans with a black top and holding a phone in a pink case and was leaving the bus bay walking towards Westfields in Penrith.
About 5.25am on Monday 15 September 2025, emergency services responded to reports of an assault which occurred at the Lidcombe Railway Station.
Officers attached to Bankstown Area Command responded and were told an unknown male assaulted another male after the pair had left the train and were crossing the concourse. No significant injuries were sustained.
He is described as being of Pacific Islander appearance, between 25 and 35-years-old, with black hair tied in a bun.
He was last seen wearing a blue t-shirt with ‘New York’ written across the front, blue shorts and sandals, as well as a fluorescent orange and blue jumper that was removed. before removing it.
The man also has tattoos on his arms and back and was last seen leaving on foot from Bankstown Railway Station.
About 7pm on Sunday 21 September 2025, emergency services responded to reports of an assault on a train between Sydney Olympic Park and Blacktown Railway Station.
Officers attached to Parramatta Police Area Command responded and were told an unknown female assaulted another female during the journey. No significant injuries were sustained.
She is described as being of Caucasian appearance, between 35 and 45-years-old, with dyed red hair. She has a large tattoo on her left arm, small tattoo on she inside right arm and a tattoo behind her right ear.
The woman was last seen leaving Blacktown Railway Station wearing a Bulldogs Jersey, black pants and white shoes.
