Appeal to locate girl missing from Chippendale

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a girl missing from the South Sydney area.

Aleisha Paleaae, aged 15, was last seen on Chippen Street, Chippendale, about 6pm yesterday (Saturday 30 March 2024).

When she failed to return and could not be located or contacted, officers from South Sydney Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into her whereabouts.

Police and family hold concerns for Aleisha’s welfare due to her age.

Aleisha is described as being of Caucasian appearance, freckles, about 165cm tall, slim build, dark brown hair and brown eyes.

She was last seen wearing a black jacket and white shoes.

Aleisha is known to frequent the Chippendale, Haymarket and Sydney CBD areas.

Anyone who may have seen Aleisha or has information on her whereabouts is urged to contact Redfern Police Station or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
