Two charged, $38,000 cash seized when brothel raided - Blacktown

Two people have been charged after an investigation into alleged drug supply at a licenced brothel in Sydney’s west.
Detectives attached to Blacktown Police Area Command formed Strike Force Expert in February this year to investigate the alleged supply of methylamphetamine across Blacktown.
Initial inquiries indicated staff at a licenced brothel in Blacktown were allegedly supplying methamphetamine to clientele.
About 12pm yesterday (Tuesday 1 July 2025), strike force detectives executed a search warrant at the brothel.
During the search, police located fortified steel doors and an advanced surveillance system.
Strike Force detectives seized $38,000 cash, methylamphetamine and cannabis from the premises.
Following the search, strike force detectives arrested the manager – a 34-year-old man – and a 38-year-old female staff member.
The man has been charged with supply prohibited drug (two counts), and one count each of organises/conducts/assists drug premises, and participate criminal group contribute criminal activity.
The woman was charged with supply prohibited drug (four counts), and one count each of supply prohibited drugs on an ongoing basis, organises/conducts/assists drug premises, and participate criminal group contribute criminal activity.
Both were refused bail to appear before Parramatta Local Court today (Wednesday 2 July 2025).
