Appeal to locate teenage girl missing from Carlingford

Police are appealing for assistance to locate a teenage girl missing from Sydney’s north west.

Lauren Dunkerley, aged 16, was last seen at Carlingford, about 1.40pm yesterday (Monday 30 June 2025).

When she could not be located or contacted officers from Ryde Police Area Command were notified who commenced inquiries into her whereabouts.

Police and family hold concerns for Lauren’s welfare as her disappearance is out of character.

Lauren is described as being of Caucasian appearance, 180cm tall, medium build and has medium length dyed with the left side dyed red and the right side dyed dark brown.

She was last seen wearing glasses and a blue coloured school uniform.

Lauren is known to frequent the Carlingford area.
