Appeal to locate man missing from Edgecliff

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man reported missing from Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs.

Christian Lancuba, aged 33, was last contacted near Edgecliff Railway Station, about 5.50pm yesterday (Friday 13 June 2025).

When concerns were raised for his welfare, officers attached to Eastern Suburbs Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.

Christian is described as being of Pacifici Islander/Maori appearance, about 175cm tall with large build, black shaved hair and unshaved facial hair.

He was last seen wearing a black long-sleeved hooded jumper, blue jeans, black shoes and carrying a green shopping bag.

Anyone with information into his whereabouts is urged to call Waverley Police Station or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
