Appeal to locate woman missing from Merrylands

Police are appealing for assistance to locate a woman missing from a Sydney’s south west.

Neomi Paredes, aged 28, was last seen on Mcfarlane Street, Merrylands, on Wednesday 7 May 2025.

When she could not be located or contacted, officers attached to Cumberland Police Area Command were contacted on Wednesday 21 May 2025 and commenced inquiries into her whereabouts.

Police and family have concerns for her welfare as Neomi requires medical care.

Neomi is describes as being of Asian appearance, about 155cm tall, of large build, with black hair.

It is not known what she was last seen wearing.

She is known to frequent the Merrylands, St Marys and Parramatta areas.
