Appeal to locate man missing from Manildra

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from the state’s west.
Richard “Dick” Evans, aged 75, was last seen in Manildra, about 50km west of Orange on Friday 16 May 2025.
It is believed he was driving back to his home in Karalee, Queensland.
When he did not arrive and could not be located or contacted, officers attached to Tweed/Byron Police District were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.
Police and family hold concerns for his welfare.
Richard is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 177cm tall, of medium build, with short grey/brown hair.
Richard may be driving a 2015 model Nissan Navara dual cab utility with QLD registration 999VYE.
He was believed to be driving back to his home in Karalee, Queensland.
