Appeal to locate man missing from Woollahra

Police are appealing for assistance to locate a man missing from Sydney’s east.

Peter McMahon, aged 81, was last seen in Wallaroy Road, Woollahra about 6pm today (Thursday 1 May 2025).

When police could not locate or contact him, officers attached to Eastern Suburbs Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.

Police and family hold concerns for his welfare.

Peter is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 180cm tall, of thin build, with short grey/blond hair.

He was last seen wearing navy-blue pants with a navy-blue jacket.
