Appeal to locate man missing from Surry Hills

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Surry Hills.

Sittichai Areepongkul (also known as Tommy), aged 38, was last seen at Surry Hills about 4pm on Monday (31 October 2022).

When family and friends were unable to contact him officers from Surry Hills Police Area Command were notified and immediately commenced inquiries to locate him.

Police and family members hold serious concerns for Sittichai’s welfare.

He is described as being of Asian appearance, 170-180cm tall, black hair, fair complexion and thin build.

Sittichai was last seen wearing a black t-shirt, green track pants and brown shoes.

He is known to frequent the Surry Hills and Sydney CBD areas.

Anyone with information about Sittichai’s whereabouts is urged to contact Surry Hills Police Station or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
