Police locate missing teen - Doonside

A teenager reported missing from Sydney’s west has been located safe and well.

A 16-year-old boy was reported missing after he was last seen near Nurragingy Reserve, Doonside, about 5pm today (Tuesday 7 November 2023).

When he could not be located or contacted, officers from Blacktown Police Area Command were notified and commenced an investigation to locate him.

Following inquiries, including a geotargeted message appeal, the boy was located safe and well in Blacktown tonight.

Police wish to thank the public and the media for their assistance.
