Two men have been arrested over their alleged involvement in a fatal crash in Sydney’s south-west.

About 10.50am yesterday (Monday 6 November 2023), emergency services were called to Maxwells Avenue, Ashcroft, following reports of a crash.

A crime scene was established, which was forensically examined by specialist police from the Crash Investigation Unit.

Following inquiries, two men, aged 23 and 27, were arrested at Wetherill Park Police Station about 12.30pm today (Tuesday 7 November 2023).

Both were then taken to Liverpool Hospital under police guard for assessment and injuries allegedly sustained during the crash.
