Woman missing from Punchbowl

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a woman missing from Sydney’s south west.

Melissa Pleasance, aged 39, was reported missing to police on Monday (24 April 2023) after she failed to attend a pre-arranged gathering with family earlier this month.

She was last spoken to by family on Wednesday 5 April 2023.

Officers from Campsie Police Area Command have commenced an investigation into her whereabouts.

Melissa is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 170cm tall, of medium build with brown hair and blue eyes.

She is known to frequent Kings Cross, Augusta Street in Punchbowl and surrounding suburbs.
