Man missing from Daceyville found

A man reported missing from Sydney’s south has been located safe and well.

The 77-year-old was reported missing after he was last seen on Cook Avenue, Daceyville, yesterday morning (Saturday 4 March 2023).

When he could not be located, he was reported missing to officers from Eastern Beaches Police Area Command, who commenced an investigation into his whereabouts.

Following extensive inquires, the man was located safe and well about 2.15am (Sunday 5 March 2023)

Police would like to thank the public and the media for its assistance.
