Further charged following Wakeley riots - SF Dribs

A man will face court today, the 22nd person charged as part of an extensive ongoing investigation into the Wakeley public order incident last month.
As part of ongoing inquiries, officers attached to Strike Force Dribs executed a search warrant at an address in Wakeley on Wednesday (22 May 2024).
Following further inquiries, an 18-year-old man attended Fairfield Police Station on Friday (24 May 2024).
He was arrested and charged with riot and destroy/damage property during public disorder.
He was refused bail to appear at Fairfield Local Court today (Friday 24 May 2024).
Investigations under Strike Force Dribs continue.
