- Five counts of supply prohibited drugs on an ongoing basis
- Two counts of supply prohibited drug more than or equal to commercial quantity
He was refused bail to appear before Newcastle Local Court today (Friday 29 March 2024), where he was refused bail to appear at Wyong Local Court on Tuesday (2 April 2024).
A 32-year-old woman was arrested at a Kariong property and taken to Gosford Police Station.
She was charged with following offences:
- Four counts of supply prohibited drug more than small and less than or equal to indictable quantity
- Three counts of supply prohibited drug less than or equal to small quantity 3
- Supply prohibited drug more than or equal to commercial quantity
- Four counts of supply prohibited drug more than indictable and less than commercial quantity
- Supply prohibited drugs on an ongoing basis
- Contravene prohibition/restriction in AVO
- Knowingly deal with proceeds of crime
