  • Drive recklessly/furiously or speed/manner dangerous
  • Not give particulars to owner of damaged property
  • Learner not accompanied by driver/police officer/tester
  • Learner driver not display "L" plates as prescribed
  • Use class A vehicle with unauthorised number plate affixed
  • Drive unregistered vehicle on road or road related area
  • Use uninsured motor vehicle on road
  • Hinder/resist law enforcement officer in execution of duty, and
  • Possess prohibited drug.
