Renewed appeal to locate man believed to be in the Hunter region

Police are extending an appeal for public assistance to people in the Hunter region as they work to locate a man reported missing from Sydney’s west in May last year.

Samuel Fallshaw, aged 48, was last seen at Penrith Train Station about 3pm on Tuesday 28 May 2024.

When he was unable to be located, police were notified on Monday 3 June 2024 and officers from Nepean Police Area Command commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.

Police and family hold concerns for Samuel’s welfare.

He is described as being of Caucasian in appearance, 180cm tall, of large build with brown medium-length hair and hazel eyes.

He is known to frequent the Eastwood and Hamilton areas.

Following inquiries, police believe Samuel may be within the Newcastle / Hamilton area.
