Appeal to locate girl missing from Cranebrook

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a teenage girl missing from Sydney’s west.

Maddison Wright, aged 12, was last seen on Barry Cole Place, Cranebrook, about 6:40pm on Wednesday 21 May 2025.

When she could not be located or contacted, officers attached to Nepean Police Area Command were notified and have continued to make inquiries into her whereabouts and are now seeking assistance from the public.

Police hold concerns for Maddison’s welfare due to her age.

She is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 160cm – 165cm tall, of medium build, with long brown hair and blue eyes.

Maddison was last seen wearing a black converse jumper, black 3/4 length pants.

She is known to frequent the Penrith, Blacktown, Cranebrook, Castle Hill, Rouse Hill and Liverpool areas.
