Investigation underway following public place shooting - Dapto

An investigation is underway following a public place shooting overnight.

Just before 3am today (Thursday 15 May 2025), police were called to Coolabah Road, Dapto, following reports of a shooting.

Officers attached to Lake Illawarra Police District attended and found several shots had been fired into a home.

There were no reports of injuries.

Police established a crime scene and commenced inquiries into the circumstances surrounding the incident.
