Appeal to locate wanted man - Fairfield

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant in Sydney’s southwest.

Mailau Tameifuna, aged 25, is wanted on an outstanding warrant for an assault related offence.

Officers attached to Fairfield City Police Area Command are conducting inquiries into his whereabouts.

Mailau is described as being of Pacific Islander / Maori appearance, of medium build, about 170cm tall, with short black hair, and brown eyes.

He has a tattoo on his right wrist and forearm, a tattoo on his left calf with the numbers ‘676’ and a large scar on the inside of his right arm.

Mailau is known to frequent the Carramar, Guildford and Fairfield areas.

Anyone with information into his whereabouts is urged not to approach but to call Triple Zero (000) immediately.
