The PULSE Program, within Workforce Safety Command, is the single most significant investment in the health, safety, and wellbeing of our entire workforce by the NSW Police Force and the NSW Government.

PULSE is about you and your wellbeing. It will fund the recruitment of more specialists as part of the plan to create new, and strengthen existing, support services, so every NSWPF employee has better access to health and wellbeing services.

The additional programs and services under PULSE will include specialist support resources, including mental health clinicians, dieticians, nurses, physiotherapists, strength and conditioning coaches, family support staff, injury management and career transition staff. A broader range of options and more support staff mean you can easily plug into the options that best suit you and your physical and psychological health.
