Costs

The costs of the recruitment process are the applicant's responsibility.

Approximate costs

First Aid and Pocket Mask Certificate - from $79 depending upon the chosen training provider.
Aquatic rescue sequence - $10 at approved AUSTSWIM accredited swim centres.
Medical assessment - $555.50 at initial examination, plus additional specialist fees if required.
Interstate driving history report (if applicable) - small fee charged by interstate roads authorities.
Overseas penal clearance certificate (if applicable) - fees charged independently by each country or consulate authority.
