The aim of the Associate Degree in Policing Practice (ADPP) is to produce graduates who:
A confirmed Constable has achieved a standard of proficiency where they are capable of dealing with situations encountered in the course of their duties. The officer will be able to identify situations where referral is required, work with minimal supervision and undertake to finality (where appropriate) all tasks involving investigations, inquiries, documentation, administration, customer service and support.
The Associate Degree in Policing Practice focuses on delivering the theory, practical and application of the Police Practice Domains as outlined by Australia New Zealand Policing Advisory Agency as they apply to NSW Police Force Probationary Constables.
