Fresh, daily changing, inventive and traditional
Our approach to food is simple – it should be prepared using the freshest ingredients and cater for all tastes with a clear focus on embracing healthy and nutritious options.
The hot food selection will encompass this philosophy and every day your bain-marie shall display a different line up of batch cooked dishes.
Whilst many dishes will have a contemporary healthy spin, traditional favourites and other comfort foods will always be readily available.
Consideration in respect to food allergies and dietary requirements is now part of the course in respect to developing our menus and subsequently this information is communicated on all menus.
The Police Academy has a cafe, located outside the main dining room. Within the 'Gallery' Cafe our approach to coffee is simple - Produce premium coffee fashioned by a qualified barista to create that great cafe "buzz.". Using our premium beans, our barista will quickly learn your favourites.
Enjoy a delicious range of freshly baked continental cookies, muffins, slices and scrolls that are sure to be a crowd pleaser and always available.
