Mutual Recognition recognises a person's occupational licensing in another State, Territory or New Zealand.
Interstate and New Zealand security licence holders may apply for a NSW CAPI operator licence under the Mutual Recognition (New South Wales) Act 1992 (http://www.legislation.nsw.gov.au/#/view/act/1992/61) / the Trans-Tasman Mutual Recognition (New South Wales) Act 1996 (http://www.legislation.nsw.gov.au/#/view/act/1996/102) and associated regulations.

Note: A person is not eligible to apply for a NSW Mutual Recognition CAPI licence if they have previously had a NSW CAPI licence revoked.
