Operator Licence
This application can only be used if you are an employee of a CAPI Master Licence Holder in the activities that you will be undertaking. If you are self employed and/or sub contract, you require your own CAPI master and operator licence. You must use the applicable Master licence application below.
Master Licence Individual - with or without an Operator licence
This application can only be used where an individual has a business registered with the Department of Fair Trading OR
If an individual trades under his own name (which is not required to be registered with the Department of Fair Trading).
Master Licence Corporation
This application can only be used where an individual has a proprietary company registered with the Australian Securities and Investment Commission (ASIC), with 1 -10 or >10 CAPI licensed employees, with or without a trading name registered with the Department of Fair Trading.
Master Licence Corporation - Owner / Operator
This application can only be used where an individual has a proprietary company registered with ASIC, with or without a trading name registered with the Department of Fair Trading and the company employs ONLY that individual to carry out CAPI activities, the individual is a director of the company and any other director of the company is the spouse, parent, sibling, son or daughter of the individual.
