Right of Review

To appeal against the decision of the Commissioner of Police to cancel the licence, you must first apply to the Security Industry Registry for an internal review of that decision within 28 days.

If the internal review is unsuccessful, you may obtain further information by contacting the Administrative Decisions Tribunal (ADT).
