Off Duty Possession of Pistol
This permit will authorise a security guard to retain possession of a pistol registered to their current employer while off duty. The applicant must be the holder of a current category H firearms licence for the genuine reason of Business Employment - security guard. Clause 79 and Clause 80 - Firearms Regulation 2006 relates.

Application
The application and legitimate reason forms are interactive. You must complete both forms, then print and return both forms with any requested documentation to the Firearms Registry, Locked Bag 1, Murwillumbah NSW 2484.
