This permit is for licensed firearms dealers or licensed club officials who wish to conduct an event, open to the public, involving the temporary display of firearms for sale or exhibition. Clause 65 - Firearms Regulation 2006 relates.
The application for an Arms Fair Permit must be made no later than 21 days prior to the commencement of the Arms Fair. This permit will be valid from one day before the Arms Fair to one day after to allow for set up and pull down before and after the event respectively.
The application and legitimate reason forms are interactive. You must complete both forms, then print and return both forms with any requested documentation to the Firearms Registry, Locked Bag 1, Murwillumbah NSW 2484.
