Purchase a Non-Prohibited Firearm on Leaving Australia
This permit is for persons leaving Australia within the next 7 days wishing to purchase a firearm prior to departure. Clause 49 - Firearms Regulation 2006 relates.
Application
Each Purchase a Non-Prohibited Firearm on Leaving Australia Permit application must contain:
1. A completed firearms permit application form - FORM P634 - Application for a Firearms Permit (PDF)
2. A legitimate reason form with supporting documentation - FORM - Permit to Purchase a Non-Prohibited Firearm on Leaving Australia Legitimate Reason (PDF)
