Paintball Game

This permit is for persons wishing to operate/establish a paintball game/field business and possess paintball guns for that purpose. Clause 57 - Firearms Regulation 2006 relates.

Note: This permit does not authorise the possession or use of any paintball gun which has been altered to substantially duplicate in appearance any military style firearm or a paintball gun which has been altered to propel projectiles in rapid succession (fully automatic).

Applicant

Each Paintball Game Permit application must contain:

 1. A completed firearms permit application form - FORM P634 - Application for a Firearms Permit (PDF)
