Overseas (Temporary) Visitors Competitor
This permit is for persons (both adults and minors) who are NOT residents of Australia who are visiting or intend to visit NSW for the purpose of competing in an organised shooting competition involving the use of firearms. Clause 54 - Firearms Regulation 2006 relates.
Application
Each Overseas (Temporary) Visitors Competitor Permit application must contain:
1. A completed firearms permit application form - FORM P634 - Application for a Firearms Permit (PDF)
2. A legitimate reason form with supporting documentation - FORM - Overseas (Temporary) Visitors Competitor Legitimate Reason (PDF)
