Overseas (Temporary) Safari Tour/Hunting
This permit is for persons who are NOT residents of Australia and who are visiting, or intend to visit NSW, to participate in a specified organised safari tour conducted by the holder of a safari tour permit or hunting activities organized by an approved hunting club. Clause 60 - Firearms Regulation 2006 relates.
Application
Each Overseas (Temporary) Visitors Safari Tour/Hunting Permit application must contain:
1. A completed firearms permit application form - FORM P634 - Application for a Firearms Permit (PDF)
2. A legitimate reason form with supporting documentation - FORM - Overseas (Temporary) Visitors Safari Tour/Hunting Legitimate Reason (PDF)
