Off Duty Possession of Longarm - Government Agency Employees
This permit is for employees of government agencies to retain possession of firearms, registered to their current employer, between periods of duty. Clause 26 - Firearms Regulation 2006 relates.
Application
Each Off Duty Possession of Longarm Permit application must contain:
1. A completed firearms permit application form - FORM P634 - Application for a Firearms Permit (PDF)
2. A legitimate reason form with supporting documentation - FORM - Off Duty Possession of Longarm Legitimate Reason (PDF)
