Minors
This permit is for persons aged between 12 and 18 years who wish to receive instruction in the safe use of firearms or compete in events. Section 32 - Firearms Act 1996, Clause 45 and Clause 46 - Firearms Regulation 2006.
Application
Each Minors Permit application must contain:
1. A completed firearms permit application form - FORM P637 - Application for a Minor's Permit (PDF)
2. A legitimate reason form with supporting documentation - FORM - Minor's Firearms Permit Legitimate Reason (PDF)
