Imitation
This permit is for persons wishing to possess or use an imitation firearm as defined by section 4D of the Firearms Act 1996.
Application
Each Imitation Firearms Permit application must contain:
1. A completed firearms permit application form - FORM P634 - Application for a Firearms Permit (PDF)
2. A legitimate reason form with supporting documentation - FORM - Imitation Firearm Permit Legitimate Reason (PDF)

Other Authorised Persons / Employees
If other persons are to be listed and authorised by this permit (in addition to the permit holder), your application must also contain the following form (separate form for each person) and any supporting documentation -

The Firearms Permit Application form, the Legitimate Reason form and the Application for a Person to be Authorised on a Firearms Permit form are interactive forms.
