Heirloom
This permit is for persons who inherit a firearm (or matched pair of firearms) and who wish to retain possession (not use) of the firearms as an heirloom. Clause 50 - Firearms Regulation 2006 relates.
Application
Each Heirloom Permit application must contain:
1. A completed firearms permit application form - FORM P634 - Application for a Firearms Permit (PDF)
2. A legitimate reason form with supporting documentation - FORM - Heirloom Legitimate Reason (PDF)
