Film / Television / Theatrical Production
This permit authorises the use of firearms, which have been modified to allow only blank cartridges, for the purposes of a Film, Television or Theatrical Production. This permit is issued to a person, on behalf of a film, television or theatrical production, to supervise the possession and use of firearms hired from a theatrical armourer in connection with the production concerned. Clause 52 - Firearms Regulation 2006 relates.
Application
Each Film/Television/Theatrical Production Permit application must contain:
1. A completed firearms permit application form - FORM P634 - Application for a Firearms Permit (PDF)
2. A legitimate reason form with supporting documentation - FORM - Film/Television/Theatrical Production Legitimate Reason (PDF)

Other Authorised Persons / Employees
If other persons are to be listed and authorised by this permit (in addition to the permit holder), your application must also contain the following form (separate form for each person) and any supporting documentation -
