Arms Fair Participants Permit - Ammunition Purchase & Sell

This permit is for the holder of an Ammunition Purchase & Sell permit who wishes to participate in an Arms Fair conducted in NSW.         Section 28(h) - Firearms Act 1996 & Clause 65 - Firearms Regulation 2006 relates.

The application for an Arms Fair Participant Permit must be made no later than 21 days prior to the commencement of the Arms Fair. This permit will be valid from one day before the Arms Fair to one day after to allow for set up and pull down before and after the event respectively.

Each Arms Fair Participants Permit application must contain:

Other Authorised Persons / Employees

If you are the holder of an equivalent Ammunition Purchase & Sell Permit issued in another State or Territory, employees to be listed and authorised by this permit (in addition to the permit holder) must complete the following form (separate form for each person) and provide any supporting documentation.

NOTE: If you are the holder of a current NSW Purchase & Sell Ammunition Permit, persons listed on and authorised by that permit do not need to complete the following form to assist you at the Arms Fair.
