Library Services for NSW Police Employees

Services provided for NSW Police employees are available at the NSW Police College site.

Employees are welcome to attend in person or remotely via telephone, email or fax.

Library staff will conduct searches and locate information including books, videos and journal articles on behalf of NSW Police employees on request. These requests may be for either work or study purposes.

Library Services for NSW Policing Students

Services are provided to Charles Sturt University (CSU) Associate Degree in Policing Practice students.

• Students on campus have access to:
• • books and journals. Videos may be accessed within the library, but are not available for student loan;
  • the library catalogue of materials held by the NSW Police library;
  • group and individual study areas;
  • photocopying and printing facilities; and
  • access to CSU desktop applications and databases subscribed to by the CSU Library

• Distance Education Students have access to:
• • the NSW Police College Library in person or via telephone, fax;
  • the library catalogue of materials held by the NSW Police library;
  • online requests, through the catalogue, for items or photocopies to be sent to you. Contact the Library for instructions .
  • Information, including books and journal articles, located by Library staff on request. These requests must be for study purposes.
  • access to databases subscribed to by the CSU Library

Hours of Operation

*During CEP trimester breaks NSW Police College operates only within normal business hours (9.00am - 5.00pm, Monday - Friday).
