YOU SHOULD ONLY COMPLETE the Professional Suitability Application and Medical History Assessment (both blue and red forms) if you have been assessed and passed as ‘academically suitable’ by Charles Sturt University (CSU).

If you have not yet been assessed by CSU, you can request an ‘Application for Admission’ now.

When you have been assessed and passed by CSU, you will receive a CSU Identification number AND a CSU Admissions Code. Your applications WILL NOT BE PROCESSED by the NSW Police Force Recruitment Branch if you DO NOT have this number and code.

You should be aware that the Medical History Assessment process can be a costly exercise. Unless you have a CSU Identification Number AND CSU Admissions Code (eg KAPP2 or EADP3) from the university, there is no benefit to you completing the applications.
