Woman dies and five injured in crash - Wentworth

A woman has died and five injured after a crash in Wentworth yesterday.

About 3.50pm yesterday (Saturday 12 August 2017), police were called to Old Wentworth Road, Wentworth, following reports a Toyota Prado left the road and rolled.

A passenger of the vehicle, a 47-year-old woman, died at the scene.

The driver, a 34-year-old woman, and four other occupants, a 75-year-old woman, a 16-year-old girl, a five-year-old boy and a four-year-old girl were treated for various injuries.

They were all taken to Mildura Base Hospital in a stable condition.

The driver will undergo mandatory blood and urine testing.

Officers attached to Barrier Local Area Command established a crime scene, which will be forensically examined.
